1. Scope and information collected

This policy applies to the Meknora Manufacturing website, email enquiries, and RFQ workflow. We may collect your name, company, business email, optional phone number, destination country, project requirements, drawings, CAD files, BOMs, reference images, correspondence, upload metadata, and security or access records needed to operate and protect the service.

2. Why we use the information and applicable legal bases

We use the information to respond to enquiries, review manufacturing or sourcing requirements, clarify technical questions, identify suitable suppliers, prepare a quotation, prevent abuse, maintain RFQ records, and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations. If a project proceeds, further use for production, inspection, packaging, and delivery is governed by the accepted quotation, order, NDA, and other applicable project terms.

Depending on applicable law and the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an accepted project agreement, comply with a legal obligation, or support legitimate interests such as responding to B2B enquiries, maintaining project records, and protecting the service. Where we rely on consent for a specific activity, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law.

3. Drawings, CAD files, and supplier disclosure

At the RFQ stage, uploaded files are used for quotation and manufacturing evaluation. We limit access to personnel and service providers involved in the request and disclose only the project information reasonably needed by candidate suppliers, inspectors, or other project participants. Project files are not intended for public portfolio, advertising, or unrelated promotional use without separate customer permission.

If an NDA must be accepted before any file review or supplier disclosure, contactquotes@meknora.com before uploading the sensitive package. Selecting the NDA option in the RFQ records a request; it does not by itself create a signed agreement.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, application services, database functions, private file storage, access controls, and bot protection. We use Resend for transactional RFQ email. Approved suppliers, inspectors, logistics providers, and other project service providers may process the minimum information needed for their role. Information may be processed in China and in other locations used by these providers or project participants, subject to applicable law and agreed project terms.

5. File security and access

RFQ files are stored in private object storage and are not published through a public bucket URL. Administrative downloads require authorized access and are recorded in the RFQ event history. CAD files are not attached to notification emails. We also use upload validation, rate limiting, bot protection, and separate production configuration. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

Unsubmitted RFQ drafts expire after 24 hours and are eligible for scheduled deletion with their uploaded files. Submitted RFQ and project records are retained only for the period needed for quotation, project, contractual, legal, security, dispute, and backup purposes; no universal automatic deletion period is promised for submitted records.

You may request correction, return, or deletion of project information. We will verify the requester, identify the relevant records, and explain what can be deleted, what must be retained, and why.

7. Security and bot-protection data

The RFQ form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse. Cloudflare may process request, device, and network information needed to provide that security service. The site does not use the RFQ confirmation email for marketing.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We will respond in line with applicable law after verifying the requester and the relevant records. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. The RFQ workflow does not make decisions about you based solely on automated profiling.
