Why this model exists
A supplier quote is not the same as a managed outcome.
Overseas teams often need more than a factory introduction. They need drawings understood, questions closed, supplier tradeoffs explained, quality expectations made concrete, and someone to follow up when the project changes.
Meknora does not claim that every process runs in one owned factory. We review and coordinate project-fit suppliers against the drawing, material, quantity, quality, schedule, and delivery requirements. The accepted scope states who manufactures, who inspects, and which decisions remain with the customer.
Project-specific confirmation
Supplier capability, documents, inspection scope, lead time, and commercial terms are confirmed against the RFQ before commitment.
Clear responsibility
Customers should know who answers questions, approves changes, handles inspection, and follows up on issues.
Open issue tracking
Technical questions, changes, delays, inspection findings, and required decisions stay visible through the project contact.
How Meknora is different
Finding a supplier is only the beginning.

Meknora is engaged by customers to help manage sourcing and manufacturing projects in China. Supplier recommendations are made according to the requirements of the project.
No hidden supplier commissions
We do not accept undisclosed commissions or referral incentives from factories for directing customer projects to them.
Transparent costs
Manufacturing, inspection, logistics, and other third-party costs are handled transparently. Meknora's own service or coordination fees are disclosed separately where applicable.
