NDA support is available before detailed file review. Send your agreement for review or request the applicable mutual NDA process. The agreement must be accepted by both parties before it applies.

Prototype, bridge-production, and low-volume requirements can be reviewed. Feasibility, supplier minimums, tooling or setup, inspection effort, and timing are confirmed from the process, geometry, material, and quantity.

We compare candidates against the same RFQ, including process and material fit, relevant equipment, quantity, schedule, communication, commercial terms, documentation, and inspection needs. Any required audit, certificate check, or sample approval should be defined in the project scope.

RFQ files are stored in private object storage rather than a public bucket. Administrative downloads require authorized access, and supplier disclosure should be limited to the information needed for quotation or production. NDA, retention, and deletion requirements should be agreed for the project.

These documents can be included when they are specified, available from the selected supply chain, and included in the commercial scope. State the certificate type, traceability, report format, sampling, and measurement requirements before quotation.

The issue is documented against the approved requirement, the affected quantity is contained, and the evidence is reviewed with the supplier and customer. Sorting, rework, remake, replacement, or another disposition depends on the accepted project terms and customer approval where required.
